Getting the most from your property.
At gable properties we aim to get the most from your investment. firstly we would come and visit your property to give you a realistic idea of what the rental income would be, we can if you wish give you expert advise on how to make the property more appealing to prospective tenants, this service is totally FREE of charge and with no obligation to yourself.
When you instruct Gables Properties, we will visit your property to take external and internal photos, so that full potential can be reached when marketing your property.
Marketing your property is no problem, we have a large database of potential tenants ready and waiting to move, we also advertise our properties on several websites, we also advertise properties in the local press on a regular basis.
Viewing your property, to protect your property, deal with any enquiries and show the property to prospective tenants, applicants will be accompanied on viewings by one of our friendly members of staff.
When viewing have taken place and application forms have been filled out prospective tenants will be fully vetted by

Employment reference for the last 6 months
If tenants are in rented accommodation a landlord reference would be obtained. Once this process has been completed, we would contact you to discuss the results and confirm a move in date if the applicant is acceptable.

Collect rent and pay landlord each month with statement.

No one off fee! Just 10% + VAT of the gross rent collected a month as a management fee.
